Connaître la technique et les complications de la cholangiographie transpariétale. La cholangiographie transhépatique transpariétale consiste à ponctionner un canal biliaire intrahépatique dans le foie et à injecter un produit de contraste. L'utilisation d'une aiguille fine permet un pourcentage élevé de succès même si les voies biliaires intra-hépatiques ne sont pas dilatées.
